Waiting period for a technician after scheduling an appointment?
A technician can be onsite usually within 24 hours. Depending on your schedule, a technician may also be onsite that day.
How does your "If you can't fix it I don't pay" guarantee work?
Our guarantee is that if technician can not figure out what is wrong with the PC, we will not charge you any money. This applies to both software & hardware issues. Our policy with software issues is that if our technician may decide that your operating system needs to be re-installed to correct your problem, all of your data will be backed up, your operating system will be re-installed. This reinstallation includes all of your essential programs ( Email, Anti-virus, CD-Burner, Office Suite, etc.) & updated drivers. Finally the software will be reconfigured & your data will be restored.
What if I decide to repair the PC or decide to reinstall the Operating System myself ?
If this is the case, we will only charge you for the initial diagnostic time which is usually the one hour rate.
Whats your 3 hour maximum billing ?
The fact is that repairing your PC should not cost the price of a new PC, thats why we have a Maximum cap on our charges. Our technicians are industry certified and they have experience with all brands & types of computers & software. Any time longer than 3 hours to repair your PC is on us, even if it takes 10 hour to repair. The maximum you will be billed for 3 hours. We will recover your data & reinstall all of your updated drivers & essential software. If the repair takes over 3 hours & you still would like us to reinstall your games & other non-essential software we will charge you a discounted rate of $30 per hour & must be installed at our office. We provide you with free pickup & delivery service for all repairs that require off-site repair.
